Dividend and dividend policy

Dividend proposal for 2023/24

1. 
   
   • Dividend EUR 0.90 per share (proposal to the 96^th AGM on 26 February 2025)
   • Ex-dividend date: 3 March 2025
   • Dividend payment date: 6 March 2025

Future dividend policy (as of financial year 2024/25 and beyond)

1. Annual ordinary dividend of at least EUR 0.82 per share

2. Commitment to appropriate participation for our shareholders in future earnings growth

3. In the medium term, we aim for a payout-ratio of 40% of Group net result, adjusted for extraordinary effects

Dividend history

1) Dividend figures have been adapted in accordance with the stock split in the financial year 1990/91 in a ratio of 1:10, in 1999/00 in a ratio of 1:3 and in 2007/08 in a ratio of 1:4

2) Special dividend of EUR 0.62 per share 

3) Bonus dividend of EUR 0.03 per share
